Nirnaya v1

Gallery · live demos

24 small apps.
One model, running in this tab.

Every jump, move, verdict and score on these pages is decided inside your tab, live, while you watch. No API, no key, nothing leaves the page. The clips on each card are recordings of the real thing.

Play

Games where every move is the model's call.

01Stress test

Play it at chess

It cannot see a board. Every turn it reads a description of the position and a sentence about each legal move, then picks one. Beat it, or watch it play itself.

decidesmove · assessment · in_danger

02Latency test

The offline dinosaur, played by the model

Chrome's no-internet runner, with no keyboard. Every jump is a live decision made in your browser, and the answer has to land before the cactus does.

decidesjump, duck or keep running

03Game

Flappy, flown by the model

You cannot flap. Every moment the game works out where a flap and a glide would lead, and the model picks one. Watch it thread the pipes, and miss.

decidesflap or glide

04Game

Pong: you vs the model

Classic Pong against a paddle with no script. Many times a second it reads what moving up, staying or moving down would lead to, and picks one, live in your browser. Or let it play both sides.

decidesmove: up, stay or down

05Latency test

Three-lane runner

Barriers and coins, three lanes, no steering from you. Every moment the model picks a lane, live in your browser. Tap a lane to drop a barrier and try to trap it.

decidesleft, middle or right

06Game

Breakout, no autopilot

The paddle is moved only by the model: left, stay or right, one live decision at a time. Speed the ball up or shrink the paddle and see if it keeps up. Nothing saves it when it misses.

decidesmove: left, stay or right

07Game

Catch the booster

A rocket booster falls back toward its launch tower, and the tower's arms can only catch it slow and dead on the line. Every moment the model makes two live calls: burn or coast, steer left or right. Gusts, limited fuel and an engine that cannot hover make it a real fight.

decidesburn or coast · steer left or right

08Game

Escape the maze

An explorer, a maze full of doors and a few skull-marked traps. At every junction the model reads what can be seen through each door and picks one. Draw walls, drop traps, and watch it find a way out - or not.

decideswhich door to take

09Game

Sneak past the guard

A museum at night, a gem in the vault, a guard with a torch and a guard dog with a nose. You are the thief. Every time one of them sees, hears or smells something, the model decides what they do: shrug it off, go and check, or raise the alarm.

decidesguard: ignore, investigate or raise the alarm · dog: ignore, sniff it out or bark

10You vs nirnaya vs 60 humans

Beat the model

Forty real cases, each already judged by a panel of sixty people. You answer, the model answers, the panel says who was right. Keep score.

11Customer support

Higher or lower

Two real messages, one question: which is more urgent? Both are read and rated before you choose. Guess right, build a streak.

decideswhich of the two is more urgent

12Customer support

Guess how sure it is

You see the case and the answer it gave. You do not see how confident it was. Slide to guess, and find out how well you read it.

13Customer support

Make it panic

A high-score game. Write a customer message and try to max out how urgent and how close to leaving it reads. Every keystroke is scored live, so you can watch what actually moves the needle.

decidesurgency · churn_risk · needs_human

14Sentiment

Before you hit send

A compose box with a tone gauge built in. Type a message and the needle swings from icy to warm as you write, with a gentle nudge when it reads like something you might regret.

decidessentiment

15Sentiment

Guess the stars

A review appears. How many stars do you think the model would give it? Tap your guess, watch its stars fill in, and score points for landing within half a star.

decidessentiment

16Logic

Does it follow?

A scene and a claim. Does the claim follow, contradict it, or can you not tell? Make your call, then see what the model thought. Build a streak of agreeing.

decidesfollows / can't tell / contradicts

Work

Real workflows: support, security, invoices, agents.

17Customer support

An inbox that sorts itself

Fourteen support threads, sorted by what actually needs you first. Open any one for the reasoning, or compose a message to yourself and watch where it lands.

18Customer support

Inbox avalanche

Press Go and 120 support messages pour in. Each one is read and flung into its bin the moment it is decided, and the ones that need a person get pulled aside.

19Customer support

Refund or not?

Customer messages, one card at a time. Swipe right to refund, left to say no, then see what the model decided and what it would do next.

20Security triage

Alerts that triage themselves

Twelve alerts stream in. The queue re-ranks by severity times the chance the alert is real, and the ones to contain jump to their own lane.

decidesdisposition · severity · true_positive · credential_compromise

21Accounts payable

Pay, hold, or reject

Eight invoices with their purchase orders and vendor history. Change an amount or flag a duplicate and the split moves while you type.

A spreadsheet column that thinks

Pick a question in the column header and it fills in, row by row, with an answer and a confidence. Type your own rows straight into the sheet.

23All four workflows

Does confidence mean anything?

Forty real benchmark decisions, scored live against the annotators. See whether high confidence earns its name, and what a threshold buys you.

24Customer support

Unplug it

Load the page, switch the network off, keep typing. The decisions keep coming because nothing here ever called a server.

how to read the numbers

The first visit loads nirnaya once; after that your browser keeps it, and every later visit starts instantly. A decision takes a few hundred milliseconds. Each answer carries a confidence, so when a case is genuinely ambiguous the numbers say so rather than pretending.
